Sport Science
Using body‑weight and gravity, our calisthenic‑based training builds strength, endurance, agility, speed and flexibility, while connecting science to authentic athletic motion. Each lesson blends physical training with STEM concepts, helping students‑athletes understand their bodies and improve performance in sport venues and the classroom.

why sport series STEM-Sport Methods Works
Research: American Academy of Pediatrics, the World Health Organization, and decades of educational science shows that children learn and retain academic content more effectively through kinesthetic movement-based learning. We turn playgrounds and sport venues into fun dynamic classrooms.
Curriculum: Our lesson plans are scientifically driven, cooperative learning engaging, and experimentally designed to support all learning styles.
Inclusive by design: Activities are individual and team coordinated, considering easy, medial and level of difficulty, selected according to age, size, grade and perceived knowledge.

What Program Directors Are Saying..."This academic-athletic program recently came across my desk, and I am so impressed and in awe of the detail and creativity this shows. I had to share it with everyone. If you ever wondered how to put together an after-school curriculum, this is how you do it."
