At the end of this lesson, students-athletes will:

perform calisthenic drills that mirror dodge ball movements while applying STEM principles, including, Newton’s Laws and the scientific method. Players feel the physics, measure their own performance, and analyze the real data they generate. Lesson plans offer step‑by‑step facilitation with pause points. The activities are cooperative, age‑appropriate, and scaled by difficulty based on each learner’s profile.
